Cancellation Policy
Our fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for all bookings.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small team.
Standard Cancellation Terms

| More than 30 days before arrival | 100% refund (minus 3% payment processing fee) |
| 15–30 days before arrival | 50% refund |
| 7–14 days before arrival | 25% refund |
| Less than 7 days before arrival | No refund |
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, contact us as soon as possible at:
- Email: Use the booking section contact option.
- WhatsApp: Available in the footer
Include your booking reference number and dates. Cancellations are processed within 5 business days.
Date Changes
We allow one free date change per booking, provided:
- The new dates are within 12 months of the original booking
- The request is made more than 14 days before arrival
- Availability exists for the requested dates
A second date change is treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive and have not communicated a cancellation will be considered no-shows and will forfeit the full booking amount.
Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances — including but not limited to natural disasters, government travel bans, or facility emergencies — that prevent us from hosting your stay, we will offer either:
- A full rebooking at no extra cost, or
- A full refund
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. This protects you in situations where our standard policy may not apply (personal illness, flight cancellations, etc.).
