By booking a stay or participating in any surf activity offered through Tayri Surf House, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit (50% of the total price). The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, facility issues, safety concerns). In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices may vary by season and are subject to change. Your confirmed booking price is guaranteed once the deposit is received.

3. Accommodation Rules

Check-in: 2:00 PM — Check-out: 11:00 AM
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
No smoking inside the building or near common areas
Pets are not permitted
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times

4. Surf Activities & Safety

Participation in surf lessons and activities is at the guest's own risk. All guests must:

Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
Follow instructor guidance at all times in the water
Wear the provided safety equipment (leash, appropriate wetsuit)
Respect other surfers and the local surf etiquette

Tayri Surf House is not responsible for injuries sustained during surf activities when safety guidelines have been followed.

5. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Secure storage lockers are available for use.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to treat staff, fellow guests, and local residents with respect. Behavior that is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

7. Photography & Media

By staying with us, you consent to being photographed or filmed for our marketing purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing before your arrival.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
